Terms of Use
Effective: October 5, 2026
Service
AI Accountant is an assisted bookkeeping tool for organizing receipts, transactions, journal entries, reports, and related workflows. Features may change as the service develops.
Not professional advice
The service, including AI suggestions and generated reports, is not a substitute for a licensed accountant, tax adviser, attorney, or regulated financial professional. You remain responsible for reviewing every entry and complying with applicable law.
Account responsibility
You must provide accurate information, use the service only for lawful purposes, keep your access secure, and give roles only to authorized people. Organization owners are responsible for their members and data.
AI and third-party services
Automated extraction may be incomplete or incorrect. You must approve results before relying on them. Hosting, authentication, AI processing, storage, and email delivery depend on third-party providers and may occasionally be unavailable.
Data export and continuity
You should keep independent copies of legally significant source documents and export important reports. The service is not the sole archival system for records that law requires you to retain.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload malicious content, violate another person’s rights, or use the service for fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis during its early release. To the extent permitted by law, NaNach Systems is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, tax penalties, or decisions made from unreviewed automated output.
Changes
Material updates to these terms will be posted here. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised terms.
