Information we process
AI Accountant processes account details, organization membership, receipts, transaction records, accounting entries, audit events, and report delivery details that you provide or create while using the service.
How information is used
We use this information to authenticate users, extract receipt data, maintain accounting records, generate reports, deliver requested emails, secure the service, and diagnose failures. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
Supabase provides authentication, database, and private file storage; OpenAI processes receipt content for extraction; Vercel hosts the application; and Resend delivers requested emails. Each provider processes only the information needed for its function under its own security and privacy terms.
Security and access
Access is restricted by organization membership and role. Sensitive server credentials are stored outside the source code. Activity relevant to accounting and administration may be recorded in an audit log.
Retention and deletion
Records are retained while an organization uses the service and as reasonably required for security, accounting, legal, and backup purposes. An authorized organization owner may request export or deletion, subject to legal retention requirements.
Your responsibilities
Do not upload information you are not authorized to process. Review extracted data before posting it to the books and protect access to your email account and authentication devices.
Contact and changes
Until a dedicated support address and legal entity details are published, contact the service owner through the account channel used to provide access. Material changes will be posted on this page before they take effect.
